- ORDERING & PRODUCTION - Ordering and production starts once items arrive in the store, approximately 10-14 business days.
- 2 PICK UP OPTIONS: 1) In store pick up at our showroom (7650 McEwen Road) 2) Shipping (shipping charges apply). Please choose one of these options at check out. You will receive and email when your item(s) are ready for pick up or ships. Be sure to add us to your contacts when your receive your confirmation e-mail.
- REQUEST A SIZE: All items have a link to the size chart listed under the description. If you place an order, but would like to try on your items for size before we embellish them, please indicate that in the NOTE section of your order. We are happy to order in items for sizing purposes.
- CUSTOMER: Please note that all items in this catalog are hand picked and approved by a representative. Items in this catalog can not be altered. During this time we reserve the right to use like for like items on items that may no longer be available.
- RETURNS: All items are custom made per your order, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
