CUSTOMER: Please note that all items in this catalog are hand picked and approved by a representative. Items in this catalog can not be altered. During this time we reserve the right to use like for like items on items that may no longer be available.
RETURNS: All items are custom made, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
