2 PICK UP OPTIONS: 1) Amy or Rene will pick up all orders marked in store pick up and distribute them at the farm or 2) Shipping (shipping charges apply). Please choose a pick up option at check out. You will receive an email when your item is ready for pick up or ships. *Be sure to add us to your contacts so your notification does not go to spam, please also add your EMAIL at check out, this is how you are notified.
REQUEST A SIZE: If you are unsure of sizing, please request a size before we embellish your custom ordered item. All items have a link to the size chart.
RETURNS: Items are custom made per your order form, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
