• PRODUCTION: Orders placed between 2/1/25-2/14/25 will be ready 3/1/25. 
• 2 PICK UP OPTION: Be sure to add us to your E-Mail contacts so your notification does not go to spam. You will receive an email and text when your item is ready for pick up or ships. 1) In store pick up or 2) Shipping (shipping charges apply). Please choose a pickup option at check out.  
• RETURNS: All items are custom made; therefore, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery for the replacement process to begin.
• CUSTOMERS:  Items in this catalog cannot be altered. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute for a like item of equal or greater value.
